What is Poland House?

It is an extraordinary place where fans can feel the magic of TEAM PL, meet Polish athletes, enjoy live broadcasts of the Olympics and participate in numerous attractions such as tastings of regional delicacies and exhibitions of Polish art. It is a unique space that combines sports-related excitement with traditional Polish hospitality, offering an unforgettable experience during the Olympic Games.

What does Poland House offer?

Poland House offers the opportunity to experience sports excitement combined with traditional Polish hospitality. We make the beautiful space of the Pavillon Royal located in the Bois de Boulogne available to our Guests. Visitors are invited to cheer together, participate in sports activities, panel discussions and meetings with invited guests, as well as visit the Polish Olympics exhibition and enjoy other attractions available on site. Another attraction for visitors is an exhibition of works by recognised Polish artists.

Will there be an opportunity to purchase official TEAM PL outfits at Poland House?

Yes, TEAM PL stand will be set up at Poland House. Payments can only be made by card.

What will be the opening hours of Poland House?

Poland House is open to Guests from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. On the opening day, i.e. 26 July 2024, Poland House will be open from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Once you leave the facility, re-entry will not be possible.

How can I enter Poland House?

A ticket to visit Poland House during the Paris Olympics can only be purchased at 1.ticketsdompolski.pl. At the same time, for each day of the 17 days for which tickets can be purchased, the above mentioned address will start with a digit denoting the next number, i.e. tickets for the first day will be available at the address 1.ticketsdompolski.pl, for the second day 2.ticketsdompolski.pl, for the third day 3.ticketsdompolski.pl and so on. The ticket in the form of a QR code will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the purchase.

Before entering Poland House, you must present the QR code and an identity document with your name (ID card, passport or driver’s license) for verification that the person presenting the QR code is the person to whom the ticket was assigned at the time of purchase. Upon presentation of the QR code and ID, visitors will receive a wristband that entitles them to stay on the premises. The ground floor and garden of Poland House will be available to Guests.

Is the purchase of a ticket a guarantee of meeting the members of the Polish Olympic Team?

All members of the team will be visiting Poland House, but due to their busy competition schedules we are unable to confirm the exact details of which Olympic athletes will be present at the House on any given day.

Does a ticket to the Olympic Games entitle me to enter Poland House?

No, every visitor must have an entry ticket to Poland House.

How and when will I receive my ticket?

We use mobile tickets as a secure distribution method. After registration and payment, your ticket will be sent to the email address provided at registration. We will also send you instructions on how to keep your ticket in electronic wallets on IOS as well as Android phones.

How can I pay for my ticket?

You can pay by bank transfer, card, or BLIK in PLN via Tpay. Or by card in EURO via STRIPE.

Which currency is used to pay for the ticket?

The ticket is purchased in Polish Zlotys or euros.

Can I cancel my tickets?

Unfortunately, once you have purchased a ticket, there is no way to cancel it and you are not entitled to a refund.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

No, each ticket is personal, which means that it is assigned to a name and surname provided in the ticket purchase process. This means that only the person assigned to the ticket on purchase can enter.

How many tickets can I buy at the maximum?

There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased.

Do I need to buy a separate ticket for my child?

Children under 9 years of age enter with their Parent/Guardian’s tickets. For children and minors aged between 9 and 18, the entry price is PLN 65 or EUR 15.

I can't find an e-mail with the ticket in my mailbox.

How secure is my data?

All payment information is collected through our secure server. Credit card data is encrypted to keep it protected from unauthorised parties. Our web servers are secured with state-of-the-art firewall technology to prevent hackers from accessing customer data and payments.

What documents are needed to enter the Maison Polonaise?

In order to enter Poland House, you will need a ticket in the form of a QR code, which you will receive on the e-mail address provided when purchasing the ticket, and an identity document (ID card, passport or driver’s license). In the case of persons aged 9-18, a ticket and the presentation of an identity card of a guardian who will accompany such a person at Poland House is required. You may be asked to show an identity document verifying your age of majority when enjoying free food (alcohol).

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Bringing your own food and drinks into the House is prohibited. Only bringing water in plastic bottles is allowed. Food for consumption for legitimate medical reasons or food and beverages for infants are an exception, too.

Do I have to pay for food and drinks at Poland House?

Food and drinks at Poland House are completely free of charge. When ordering alcoholic beverages, expect to be asked by staff to present an identity document to verify your age.

Do the food and drinks served at Poland House meet dietary and/or allergy-related requirements?

Meals and drinks served at Poland House are based on high-quality ingredients and come from recognised manufacturers. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee their lack of impact on possible allergies or compatibility with specific dietary requirements.

Can I enter wearing the outfit of another national team?

Yes, it is possible to enter the area of Poland House wearing the outfits of other national teams.

Are pets allowed on the premises of the House?

For the safety of our guests, it is forbidden to bring pets into Poland House.

Can children under the age of 18 enter the House?

Children and minors may enter Poland House only under the supervision of an adult or guardian.

How do I get to Poland House?

The Polish House can be reached by public transportation or by car. Due to limited parking spaces, we recommend travelling by public transportation.
